CNC Precision
Machining and dimensional checks are reviewed against the applicable drawing, standard and tolerance requirements. Final fit-up also depends on mating components, alignment, gasket, bolting and installation conditions.
Range Confirmed by Product
Manufacturing route, size range, machining capacity and inspection method are confirmed against the specific drawing or standard before quotation.
Global Logistics
Packaging, documentation and delivery milestones are confirmed for each quotation. Freight route, destination, order volume and inspection release can affect the final schedule and cost.
