Custom Pipe Spools

Custom pipe spools combine pipe, fittings and flanged or welded connections into a drawing-defined assembly. SUNHY reviews each spool against the supplied isometric drawing, bill of materials and inspection requirements before confirming the manufacturing scope.

Connection and component options

• Butt weld fittings for specified pipe schedules and end preparation
• Socket weld or threaded forged fittings where defined by the design
• Flanged ends matched to the stated standard, facing and pressure class
• Reducers, elbows, tees, branches and straight pipe sections shown on the drawing

Documents needed for review

Provide the current drawing revision, dimensions, material specification, pipe schedule, flange standard and rating, weld details, tolerances, quantity, examination requirements and document list. Any welding, NDT, pressure testing or material traceability requirement must be stated in the RFQ and confirmed in the order scope.
