SWRO Desalination Plant Expansion
The Challenge: A Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) plant required high-pressure manifold connections capable of resisting severe chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking (SCC) under continuous high-pressure pumping.
Our Solution: We supplied a complete piping package utilizing Duplex Steel 2205 and Titanium Grade 2 Flanges. We also pre-fabricated Custom Pipe Spools with butt weld elbows, ensuring rapid on-site installation while guaranteeing decades of corrosion-free service life.
