The Challenge: A major vaccine manufacturing facility required a high-purity fluid transfer system that guaranteed zero contamination, absolute cleanability (CIP/SIP), and strict GMP documentation.
Our Solution: We provided a full suite of 316L Sanitary Clamp Fittings and Sight Glasses featuring an internal mechanical polish of Ra < 0.4µm. Externally, equipment panels were secured using our specialized Stainless Steel Acorn Nuts to prevent operator injury and eliminate bacterial harborage points.
