Materials for Flanges & Fittings
Compare typical grades for your project. From standard stainless steel to high-performance nickel alloys and titanium.
Material Families Overview
Select a category to view specific ASTM standards, chemical compositions, and pressure ratings.
304/L & 316/L Stainless
The industry standard. 316L adds Molybdenum for chloride resistance.
Duplex Steel 2205
Superior strength and stress-corrosion resistance compared to 316.
Super Duplex 2507
PREN > 40. Designed for aggressive seawater and subsea environments.
Nickel Alloys
Inconel 625, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276. For extreme heat or acids.
Titanium
Lightweight and immune to seawater. Grade 2 (CP) and Grade 5.
Super Austenitic
904L and 6-Moly grades. Fills the gap between 316 and Duplex.
