Zero-Defect Quality Control & Full Traceability
Our production system is built for strict OEM reliability. From raw wire rod to finished automotive fasteners, we implement rigorous metallurgical testing and automated inspection to guarantee your assembly line runs without interruption.
Raw Material Verification: We utilize in-house Spectrometers to verify chemical composition before production, ensuring material grades (like SCM435, 10B21, or Stainless 316) strictly meet your specifications.
Mechanical & Thread Testing: Every batch undergoes strict Proof Load and torque testing. We utilize precise Go/No-Go thread gauging to guarantee perfect mating and thread integrity for automated assembly.
100% Optical Sorting: We employ high-speed automated camera and laser sorting systems to verify dimensional accuracy, achieving our strict <50 PPM target before packaging.
PPAP Level 3 Traceability: Every box is shipped with a unique Lot Number and export-grade VCI anti-corrosion packaging. We provide complete PPAP documentation and IMDS support for full supply chain transparency.
Heat Treatment & Anti-Corrosion Finishes
Custom nuts often require specific friction coefficients for automated assembly and high corrosion resistance for outdoor use. We offer a full range of in-house and partner finishing services.
Heat Treatment: Quenching & Tempering (to Property Class 8.8, 10.9, 12.9), Carburizing, and Annealing.
Plating & Coating:
Zinc Flake (Geomet/Dacromet): High corrosion resistance (1000h+ SST) free from hydrogen embrittlement.
Zinc Plating: Trivalent Clear/Yellow/Black Zinc (RoHS Compliant).
Passivation: For Stainless Steel parts.
Friction Control: Waxing or top-coat sealers to stabilize torque-tension relationships (Target K-Factor control) and prevent galling.
Testing, Inspection & Proof Load
Engineered to meet strict Automotive OEM standards, quality is embedded in our process. We utilize advanced metrology to ensure your special nuts perform under extreme stress.
Key Capabilities:
✔ Proof Load Testing: Verifying the nut’s ability to hold load without stripping.
✔ Optical Sorting: Automated visual inspection machines to screen for thread presence, dimensions, and mix-ups (<50 PPM or Zero-Defect targets).
✔ Thread Gauging: Go/No-Go testing to verify thread fit (6H/6g or custom).
✔ Hardness Testing: Verification of core and surface hardness (HRC/HV).
✔ Concentricity & Runout: Precision measurement to ensure perfect alignment for automated robotic welding.
Cold Heading & Custom Tooling
We offer VA/VE (Value Engineering) solutions to optimize costs by converting expensive machined parts into high-strength Cold Headed parts whenever possible.
Cold Forming: Our multi-station headers allow us to form complex shapes—like flanges, knurls, and non-round bodies—at high speed with minimal material waste (M4 to M24 capability). This process also improves the grain flow of the metal, increasing part strength.
Secondary Operations: For features that cannot be cold formed, we seamlessly integrate precision CNC turning, drilling, tapping, and slotting.
Prototyping: We support your R&D phase with rapid prototyping (rapid machined samples shipped in 3-5 days) before you commit to mass production tooling.
Application Engineering
Materials & Grades for Demanding Environments
We manufacture strictly to your material specifications.
Carbon & Alloy Steel: Low Carbon (1010, 1018) to High Tensile Alloys (35CrMo, 42CrMo). Grades 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.
Stainless Steel: 304 (A2) and 316 (A4) for superior corrosion resistance.
Brass: For electrical applications and decorative finishes.
Aluminum: Lightweight options for aerospace and automotive weight reduction.

Technical FAQ: Special Nuts & Custom Parts
Can you manufacture custom special nuts based on drawings?
Yes. Over 60% of our production is dedicated to non-standard items. We can manufacture special nuts, bushings, and turned parts based on your PDF/CAD drawings. We handle complex geometries including oblong, D-shape, and specific projection designs for welding.
How do I choose between Ring Projection and Dimple welding points?
Ring Projections provide a continuous 360° seal, making them ideal for oil/fuel tanks to prevent leakage. Dimple Projections (3 or 4 points) are better for general structural assembly (DIN 929 type) where sealing is not the primary concern but high torque resistance is required.
When should I use All-Metal Lock Nuts vs. Nylon Insert Nuts?
Use Nylon Insert Nuts (DIN 985) for standard vibration resistance up to 120°C. For high-temperature environments (exhaust systems, engines) or chemical exposure, All-Metal Lock Nuts (Stover/Deformed Thread) are required to maintain locking torque without melting.
What plating options do you offer for high corrosion resistance?
Beyond standard Zinc Plating, we offer Zinc Nickel (720h+ SST) and Zinc Flake (Geomet/Dacromet, 1000h+ SST). Zinc Flake is highly recommended for Grade 10/12 high-strength nuts to eliminate the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.
What is the MOQ for custom turned parts?
For custom turned parts or special cold-forged nuts, our typical MOQ is 10,000 to 50,000 pieces depending on the complexity and tooling requirements. We can provide prototype samples for validation before mass production.
